代表略歴    片山寿伸    (CEO's Profile    Hisanobu KATAYAMA)

1960年出生，现居青森县弘前市，为家族第三代传人。
1987年开始在父亲片山信光经营的苹果园中从事苹果种植工作。
1992年前往欧洲，在西班牙加泰罗尼亚地区学习苹果种植。随后致力于面向英国的苹果出口，积极开拓销售渠道。在日本国内，也成功建立了产地直销合同，推动了种植和销售两方面的发展。目前专注于“马尔巴矮化栽培”，并构建了名为“片山法”的简易独特种植方法，致力于技术保护、栽培技术的推广以及对后继者的技术传承。

Born in 1960, currently residing in Hirosaki City, I am the third-generation head of a family-run apple farm. I began cultivating apples in 1987 under the guidance of my father, Nobumitsu, who managed the orchard at the time.  In 1992, I traveled to Europe to study apple cultivation in Catalonia, Spain. Upon returning to Japan, I began developing export channels, especially targeting the UK market, and successfully expanded our international sales network.  Domestically, I also established direct supply contracts with local retailers and consumer cooperatives, working to develop both the production and marketing sides of the business in parallel.  Currently, I am focused on the “Maruba-dai” cultivation method, and have developed my own simplified system known as the Katayama Method. I am committed to preserving this technique, promoting its widespread adoption, and passing it on to the next generation of growers.

他于1998年出生于日本千叶县船桥市。 自2019年起，在长野县饭纲町的苹果农园学习了大约三年的苹果种植技术。 从2022年开始，他进入父亲在中国山东省青岛市经营的食品贸易公司，学习销售与经营管理。 在此期间，他与片山寿伸先生一道，构建了面向香港的苹果出口业务体系。
自2024年12月起，移居日本青森县弘前市，在片山先生的指导下，正式开始作为苹果农户的职业生涯。

Born in 1998 in Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture. 
Beginning in 2019, he spent approximately three years learning apple cultivation at an orchard in Iizuna Town, Nagano Prefecture.  In 2022, he joined his father's food trading business in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China. During this time, he was also involved in apple export operations to Hong Kong, working in collaboration with Mr. Hisanobu Katayama.  In December 2024, he relocated to Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture, where he officially began his career as an apple grower under Mr. Katayama's guidance.
