Our Apples

当園で栽培しているりんごをご紹介します。
現在、10種類以上の品種を栽培しており、時期に応じてそれぞれの味わいをお楽しみいただけます。また、人的資源が限られる中で、早生種・中生種・晩生種をバランスよく組み合わせることにより、受粉・摘花・着色・収穫といった各工程のピークを適切に分散させ、確実な品質管理を実現しています。さらに、昨今の気候変動に伴うリスクの軽減にもつながっており、「持続可能な」農園経営を目指しています。

 

These are the apples cultivated in our orchard. We grow more than ten different varieties, allowing visitors to enjoy KICHO-en apples throughout the season. Despite limited human resources, we maintain strict quality control by balancing early-, mid-, and late-season varieties. This careful combination ensures proper pollination, thinning, coloring, and harvest scheduling.　At the same time, it helps reduce risks associated with recent climate fluctuations, supporting our goal of creating a truly “sustainable” orchard.
